EverRise Performance LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a Wyoming limited liability company, respects your privacy and is committed to
protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and
disclose information when you use our website and engage our services, including
our proprietary Autonomous Computing Engine ("ACE").
01 / Information
Information We Collect
We collect information that you provide to us directly and information collected
automatically through your use of our services.
Information Provided by You
Your name, company name, email address, phone number, and any project-related
information or business data you share with us during consultations, inquiries,
or service delivery.
Automated Information
When you visit our website, we may collect technical data such as your IP
address, browser type, device information, and usage patterns via cookies and
similar tracking technologies.
02 / Use
How We Use Your Information

To perform the platform deployment, workflow automation, and ACE services you have requested.
Communication
To contact you regarding your projects, updates, support, or billing.
Improvement
To optimize our website performance and improve the quality of our automation workflows.
Legal Compliance
To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes.
03 / Disclosure
Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal data. We may share information only in the following
circumstances.
Third-Party AI & Automation Providers
To provide our services, we utilize third-party platforms (e.g., OpenAI,
Anthropic, Make.com, Zapier). By engaging our services, you acknowledge that
data may be processed by these third-party systems.
Service Providers
We may share information with trusted vendors who assist us in operating our business.
Legal Requirements
If required by law, we may disclose information to government authorities.
04 / Federal Engagements
Government and Federal Contract Engagements
ACE is deployed under a Bring Your Own Cloud (BYOC) model: client data related to
platform operation is processed and stored within infrastructure controlled by the
client, not by EverRise. This section describes how that model affects data handling
for prime contractors and government buyers.
Classified Information & CUI
We do not knowingly collect, accept, or process classified national security
information or Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) through this website
or during a standard platform assessment. Any handling of such information is
governed exclusively by the safeguards and channels specified in a separately
executed services agreement.
Procurement Identifiers
References to a client's Unique Entity Identifier (UEI), CAGE code, or similar
procurement identifiers are treated as business data, not personal information,
and are used solely to support federal contracting and vendor verification.
Client-Controlled Environment
Because ACE operates within client-owned infrastructure under the BYOC model,
EverRise's access to operational or mission data processed by the platform is
limited to what is necessary for platform management, support, and maintenance
under the applicable license and services agreement.
Regulatory Responsibility
Government and prime contractor clients remain responsible for ensuring their
own use of ACE complies with applicable federal requirements. This section
describes our handling of website and business-contact data; it is not a
certification of compliance with any specific federal security framework.
If your organization requires a signed Data Processing Addendum, subcontractor
flow-down terms, or a security questionnaire in connection with a federal
contract, request this through a platform assessment and it will be handled as
part of the applicable services agreement rather than this website.
05 / Security
Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures
to protect the information we collect and process. No digital system is 100% secure.
06 / Choices
Your Rights and Choices
Access and Correction
You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you.
Data Deletion
You may request the deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal obligations.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting us directly.
07 / Minors
Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not
knowingly collect personal information from children.
08 / California
California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a resident of California, you may have specific rights regarding your
personal information, including the right to request disclosure, the right to
request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information
(which we do not engage in).
09 / Updates

services constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
